I ordered on eBay or Amazon. How do I activate my VPN Router?

If you ordered from eBay or Amazon, your account is already setup we just need to get you access, please raise a ticket and send in your order number and postocode. We will then organise you access to your VPN personal account.

Do you accept Paypal?

We now accept Paypal as a payment method.

Do I need to link my bank account in order to use it?

No, you do not have to link your bank account, we do have options to pay with debit/credit card, paypal, Bitcoin, Crypto or you can add credit to your account if you wish to use pay as you go.

Will VPN Service work on my mobile device?

Yes you can we have how to guides for use on you mobile devices for either for iPhone or Android.

Is it available in my country?

We currently offer our services worldwide but for some remote locations there maybe an addtional charge for shipping, this will be added to your order as we dispatch and you will be notfied.

Whats the differnce between the PRO and CLASSIC Routers ?

Our range of High-Quality VPN Routers is designed to protect your whole house against any threats from the outside against your privacy and that of every device in your home. With Spider VPN, you will be safe from hackers.

Basically both the routers (Pro & Classic) offer the same service but the PRO has both 2.4G & 5.8G Network port & Classic has 2.4G Network port.

The primary differences between the 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz wireless frequencies are range and bandwidth. 5GHz provides faster data rates at a shorter distance.

2.4GHz offers coverage for further distances but may perform at slower speeds. Range: how far your data can travel.

2.4G is short for the 2.4GHz band, and 5.8G is short for the 5GHz band. … In a nutshell, the 2.4GHz band gives you longer range, whereas the 5GHz band offers more channels that are less likely to be polluted with interference

Why can't i connect to the WIFI ?

A common problem when trying to connect is most people forget the capital S for the password which is Spider290

Can I use my VPN on more than one Device at a time?

Yes, Each account is setup to work on 6 Simultaneous devices but will only work on 1 Router per VPN Account.

How do I change location on my router?

YOU MUST BE CONNECTED TO THE SPIDER WIFI OR A WIRED CONNECTION

 

In order for you to change your location, Please follow the steps below:

1- login to Web Admin Panel at http://10.11.0.1 ,

Username: root ,
Password: admin

2- Go to Network->Interfaces->WGSPIDER->Edit

3- Select your preferred VPN Location

4- Click Save & Apply button

5- Click Restart button on the WGSPIDER Interface

6- Wait for 30 seconds then go to Status -> Overview and see if the IP updated.

How to setup an Enigma box ?

For you Enigma Box to Work, Please do the following:

1- Connect your Enigma box to your spider router LAN yellow port and make sure the ethernet port light turned green on the router which means it’s connected.

2- On your Enigma box, Please change your IP address to manual and use the IP address details below:

IP Address: 10.11.0.50

Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

Gateway IP: 10.11.0.1

DNS: 10.11.0.1

3- Do a network test on your Enigma box and see if it’s connected successfully.

How do i reset my router?

Please follow the step below to factory reset your router:

1- Please click & hold the RESET button which is to right of the WAN blue port for 30 seconds then release

2- Please wait until the wifi networks shows up then connect and go to the web interface at: http://10.11.0.1

3- Follow the steps mentioned on the Quick Guide email to configure your VPN.

4- Please reboot your router after you finish.
