Use SpiderVPN Connect as the public setup hub for app downloads, device setup, and local router access.
Setup options
Choose the setup option that matches your device
Open local router admin
Join the router Wi-Fi shown on the label or setup card, then use the local router panel on this page.
Use a wired connection
If Wi-Fi is unavailable, connect by Ethernet and open the router local address from the connected device.

Contact support if you need account, checkout, or model-specific setup help before continuing.
Local router setup
Connect to your SpiderVPN router first
This page does not scan your network or automatically contact private router addresses. Join the router Wi-Fi or plug in by Ethernet, then open the local admin page yourself.
- 1Connect your phone or computer to the SpiderVPN router Wi-Fi, or use an Ethernet cable.
- 2Open one of the matching local admin addresses in a new tab.
- 3If none of the addresses open, check the router label or your device gateway address, then contact support with the model name.
Find the router address on your device
Phone or tablet
Open the connected Wi-Fi details and look for Router, Gateway, or Default Gateway.
Windows
Open Wi-Fi or Ethernet details and use the IPv4 default gateway shown for that adapter.
macOS
Open Network settings, select the active Wi-Fi or Ethernet service, and use the Router address.

Use your gateway address
If the default address was changed, open the Gateway or Router IP shown by your phone, tablet, or computer for the current Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection.
Check router mode
Access Point, extender, or WDS mode can make the router use an address assigned by the upstream network instead of the default local address.
Reduce connection conflicts
If the page still will not open, try an incognito browser window and temporarily disable VPN, proxy, or mobile-data fallback while you are connected to the router.
