These terms cover use of SpiderVPN services, account responsibilities, acceptable use, billing, cancellations, refunds, and router warranty expectations.
Acceptable use
Customers are responsible for using SpiderVPN lawfully and for keeping account credentials secure. Abuse, spam, attacks, prohibited content, and infringement remain outside permitted use.
Subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions renew according to the selected billing term. Eligible new customers can request a 30-day money-back guarantee, while renewal payments are not refundable.
Router warranty
Lite and Pro router bundles include a 12-month hardware warranty. Warranty support stays aligned with published support and fulfillment policy.
