FAQ
Free trial questions
What happens during the trial, how to cancel, and who can start one.
Will I be charged during the trial?
No. Nothing is charged when the trial starts. Your card or PayPal account is saved, and the first payment of £50.99 for 2 years is taken when the 14 days end, unless you cancel before then. We email you 7 days before the first payment.
How do I cancel?
Cancel online in your account any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Subscriptions bought in the App Store or the Amazon Appstore are cancelled in that store.
Who can get the free trial?
New customers on the Software Only plan, paying by card or PayPal. Router plans are not included in the trial, because the router is paid at checkout. Crypto payments are not eligible.
Which devices can I use?
Up to 10 devices at once on one account. The app is available for iPhone and iPad, Fire TV and Fire tablet and Linux. A SpiderVPN router, or your own OpenWrt or other WireGuard router, covers everything connected to it. Apps for Apple TV, Android, Mac and Windows are coming soon and are included in your subscription when they launch.
Do the apps have a trial too?
Yes. The SpiderVPN apps in the App Store and the Amazon Appstore offer a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. That trial is billed and cancelled through the store.
